Why Social Work?

Knowledge is a key to achieve not only success but to perform well in your practical life. Education is the most critical aspect of once better wellbeing mentally and physically. It allows people to be open mind and help them understand others perspective.

Some people have to go through trouble in life, which some people don’t understand worst-case scenario their family member doesn’t understand. In those case, those people required society to help them. When these things happened, they needed Social Workers and Community Workers to help them overcome those situations: medical problems, mental problems, disability problems, trauma problems, family problems, financial aid etc.

How to Become Social Worker?

Becoming a Social Worker is a challenging and demanding task. It requires bachelor and master’s degrees from reputable universities and colleges. There are less than 20 universities and colleges accredited by AASW (Australian Association of Social Worker) to offer the course to International Student.

After completing a Social Work degree, International Student must gain accreditation through AASW (Australian Association Social Worker). AASW is one of the most credible and rigorous authorities in Australia. They required 7 Band Each in IELTS (don’t accept any other English Ability Exam).

After completing the degree and degree assessment through AASW (Australian Association of Social Work), the candidate can apply for 189 & 190 Visa under 272511 Skilled Occupation Critical List. Currently, there are many job opportunities, and the federal government is now looking to hire more than 10,000 Social and Community workers.
